2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned:

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item/damaged item).
5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order after returning the original item.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
